Five Star Light Volleyball Club

When Team Five Star debuted at the 2000 Bing Lee Cup Volleyball Tournament, it consisted of a group of energetic young professionals from northern Sydney suburbs. Although it was our first Tournament, thanks to regular and systematic training sessions we won the Cup. Since then, Team Five Star participated in many volleyball competitions and tournaments in NSW & ACT and collected dozens of medals and trophies along the way...

Fast-forward to 2020, as light volleyball gained momentum across NSW, the original key members of Team Five Star decided to expand the Team to include more men and women volleyball players who shared the same passion for the sport. As a result, the Five Star Light Volleyball Club was born.

The goal of the Five Star Light Volleyball Club is to bring together volleyball players who have both skills and passion for volleyball and wish to reignite or extend their enjoyment of volleyball without the limits of traditional volleyball, in the form of light volleyball.
